- Do you handle MEP, HVAC and civil coordination?
- We lead design intent and coordinate with MEP, HVAC and structural consultants. For full turnkey contracts, execution of civil and services is managed through our studio.
- Can you work on a per-sq-ft basis?
- Commercial projects are typically scoped on a deliverables basis, with a per-sq-ft execution rate for design-and-build. Final pricing depends on materiality and scope.
- Do you work outside Pune?
- Yes. We deliver commercial projects pan India, with on-site execution managed through trusted vendor networks and studio-led supervision visits.
